He and Hornady have done a lot of testing. He has data,reamers and dies.

You may also want to talk to Long Time Long Ranger on this site. He and another guy have been playing around with one called the 338SIN. It is on the same basis. So far results have been good.

Basically necking the 375ruger down to 338 would make it a near ballistic twin to the 340wby with the nod going to the wby by having a mere 3-4 grain higher capacity.
