Was going to shoot them from 750 yards but didn't have enough adjustment. Closed the distance to 300 yards. Laying prone behind his 338 RUM loaded with the 265 grain Barnes LRX, his spotter reconfirmed at 300 yards, and he touched one off. The doe ran 30 yards to a drainage and fell over backwards. Entrance was the size of his thumb, exit was 2 fingers wide (that's when he broke his fingers). Heart was separated from the aorta.</p><p> </p><p>Just kidding about the broken fingers, just giving him crap for making me post for him!! Lol</p></blockquote><p></p>
