300 wsm reamer

i purchased a 300 wsm reamer from a member,,,its marked,,,300 wsm ,,fin,,,.339 nk,,,.149FB I understand all buy the star thing that screws in the end??do i ream a chamber with the star thing in the end????thnx

You need a bushing on there before you go to making chips

No !!!!

The star holds the bushing in the reamer.

OK THNX,,,just looks differnt than my other bushing reamers

The retaining screw, (the star thing) is cut to allow coolant/cutting fluid to pass through the pilot bushing, when using a muzzle flush system.
