Your rifle will be different from everyone else’s but my 26” Krieger 300 WM shoots the IMR 4350 under .500” with 180 grain Accubond at 3000 FPS. I know it’s not the same bullets, but it’s in the same weight class. Nosler says 70 grain max. FWIW, I settled on the 180 grains and 79.3 H1000 at 3100 fps using Winchester brass. With Peterson 300 WM Long, 1/2 grain less. I have had good luck with IMR 4350. When I started loading in the early eighties, it was one of the best powders available along with R19 and R22. My how things have change. When powders are hard to come by, it only makes since to adapt and overcome with whatever safe powders you have or can get. The 300WM is not particularly finicky and that is why it’s my favorite cartridge and has been for 30+ years. Chasing speed is great and most of us do, but in reality, if you know your gun and your load, I don’t think most game animals will know the difference between 2900 and 3200 FPS 🤔😉.
