jett I have a 300 RUM load for the 210 Bergers with RL-33 that averages 3,040 fps. However with the 212 ELD-X I switched to H1000 because I wanted better temp stability and a little lower velocity as I didn't want the bullet coming apart if I happen to be up close. I ended up with 86.0 gr of H1000 which averaged 2903 fps from a 26" varmit contour Savage barrel. With that velocity at the muzzle, the bullet slows to min expansion velocity of 1,600 fps at 1,070 yards which is plenty good for me. And this load put 3 into 0.688" at 200 yards which is about what it does with the Bergers. That is pretty good for a monster case like the 300 RUM. Unlike the Bergers which I stick right on the lands, I loaded the 212 ELD-Xs 0.020" off. Hope it works for you.
