I'm wondering if I could pick some brains again? My 300 weaver (300rum improved) has a 1-11 twist. Is that sufficient for the 210gr matchkings? Also, if they will shoot well, I,m planning on hunting with them. What kind of velocities are usually required to get any expansion out of them? thanks!!!

I have not shot that bullet in a 1-11 but I have shot the 208 gr A-Max in a 1-12 and they shot well at the velocity a Warbird woudl drive them to. If I had to guess, I would say yes it is adiquate to stabilize the 210 gr.

I would in fact be suprised if they did not shoot well.

A 300 WSM with 1-11 will run the 210s, the case you have has more than enought oomph to do it.
