.30-06 AI load data ?

My best accuracy load out of my 26" 1-12 twist is a 180gr Nosler Ballistic tip seated to touch the lands over 57grs of IMR-4350 the velocity is just over 2900fps with no pressure signs in this gun , the same load in another 06Ai I have flattens primmers.

My Big game load is a 180gr Nosler Partition seated .01 off the lands over 58.5grs of IMR-4350 , the gun liked the higher pressure so I stopped and backed off .5gr when I started to get flat primers. Velocity is right under 3000fps.

For the 165gr pills this gun likes the H-4831 loaded to the gills
165gr Sierra MatchKing (moly coated) seated .01 off the lands over 64.5grs of H-4831 wich gives a velocity of just over 3100fps , it does flatten primers though
All loads are with neck sized fire formed Lapua cases and CCI-BR2 primers

The H4350 is said to be a bit faster than the IMR stuff so definatly start low and work up. I picked the max loads for the standard 30-06 and worked up from their as these will be no place near max for the Ai and still well in the safe zone from being under loaded

I load 60.5 gr IMR 4350,Rem cases,CCI 200 primers and either Speer 180 Hot cores,or Rem 180 Corlokts. This load will get me an average of 2934 fps and under 1/2" groups.This is a MAX load in my rifle. A Rem 700 with a Shilen bbl 23.5 ".
