I've got a chance on a good deal on a 270 WSM but I dont want to buy something I cant find brass for. I don't really keep up with brass availability so whats it like for a 270 WSM? I'm just a hunter and 50 pieces of brass would last me forever.

Dude If you're looking to get a 270 WSM and need affordable brass GET ON THIS ASAP. Brass is also available from Norma but for around $2 a case, the winchester brass will work well. I used to have a 270 WSM and it was a really great rifle, probably shouldn't have sold it but there weren't real good bullets available at the time..

I have owned a 270WSM for over 10 years and I have never had trouble finding brass. You can even buy Factory ammo for the brass if you can't find unloaded brass. The best unloaded (Short Mag brass) in my opinion is Norma. It is worth the extra price. I have some in both 300 WSM and 270 WSM that I have loaded over 10 times.

I have had my best lucky finding 270 wsm brass on various forums and occasionally on shooters pro shop.
