If your not moving hardly any brass when you resize then the Norma is great brass but it is softer and won't quit hack the pressure the Win or Rem will. You really got to watch the Norma and Win's for case head separation, after they thin out .010 thou the next firing will crack. Rem cases are the best for max loading. I have gone 20 firings on some and the win went 6-8 the Norma 2 but my head space was a bit long till I set it back. I haven't loaded many 130's but the 140's like slower powder like Retumbo and 7828 speed and I can run them around 3300-3400 with stout loads. 110's love R17 and are running around 3670, smokes coyotes! I have yet to find a accurate load with Magpro but the speed was better than any other powder I've used but alas my rifle pukes on it. Also have found new WSM brass is way small so looking for max load with fresh cases can show signs way earlier that once fired won't. It's an awesome cartridge, in my opinion, and packs a better punch than you think it would.
