230 OTM bags another one!

    here is a pic of little bull I got last week out here in Colorado. Not a long shot by any means but the 230 gn. OTM traveling at 2860 fps out of my 300 Dakota flattened him! High shoulder shot and no exit at 190 yards. The bullet did not open up until it got through his shoulder blade and then it was a cantaloupe size would channel.

    Awesome! I hope to use my 300 gr OTMs out of my 338 LM on a bull one of these seasons if I ever draw!

    Those animals sure do eat good!

    Nice bull! I guess I'm going to have to start putting in for elk.

    Thanks guys! The 300 gn otm's are hammers. I love the thicker jackets on them. To be honest I just bought a over the counter tag and was hunting public ground
