22-243 middlested info

Recently I was asking for information on the 22 Cheetah and have had my mind changed on that cartridge. These forums really are very informative and helpful on making decisions for projects. Now, I'm asking for feedback on the 22-243 Middlested. That seems like a much more user friendly round. The 308 BR cases needed for the 22 Cheetah just aren't available any more. So, can anyone help me with reloading data, personnal experience or any info on this cartridge? Also am interested in any dies if anyone has a set they want to part with. Thanks everyone
