Great thread guys!

I haven't gotten out coyote hunting at all this winter but I did get one during opening weekend of whitetail season here in Wisconsin. It was chasing a doe 10 minutes earlier.

478 yards
6.5x284 Mountain Rifle - Long Range Rifles, LLC
140 gr Berger Hybrid
Huskemaw Blue Diamond 4-16x42 with custom yardage turret

Nice work! How big was the exit hole?

I really enjoy seeing everyone's great coyote trophy pictures.

Let's turn this into a contest to see if we can't get a bunch more to look at.

Post your coyote pics from this fall and winter in this thread. Please be honest and only use pics from this fall and winter. The pictures already in this thread are included in the contest.

Len and I will pick the top three winning photos on Thursday April 20th.

First Place wins a FoxPro Black Jack Predator Decoy, Montana Doggers DVD and three Dillon Field Series Mouth Calls.

Second and third places both win the DVD and three mouth calls.

Here is a picture of my first triple. From February of this year. Had five coming in, three of them stopped at 22 yards for the first shot, one stopped at 80 yards and one stop to 293 yards. Two of them made it back to the trees. My dad was with me so that made it even more fun. I was shooting a 22–243 with 75 grain Amax.

Here are a few from calling. I hunt coyotes and Bobcats, but did not post any of the bobcat pictures in this tread.

One coyote is opened at the neck. He was running too me and chest was covered by a ditch line. After the shot, while walking up to him, I thought he was wearing a collar...he was not.

And here are a few more, including one I called in at first light while turkey hunting. Dropped her, and a gobbler hammered to my shot. Dragged the coyote into the woods, and called in the thunder chicken.
