Let's see your fresh photos as you get em this season!

I kicked my year off with my first ever solo double the weekend after thanksgiving. A pair of males rushed in, the lead dog gave me a close shot and his buddy hesitated (thanks to FOXBANG) just long enough for me to put him down.

A few days later after a great snow I was able to put down 2 more singles in an afternoon. Off to a great start!

No pics this year yet but we've killed 17 in 12 trips out. Not bad for us really. I've run 14 in a row without a miss so far.

Son and I had a good weekend. He got the reddish one with shotgun/buckshot combo.

I got the "regular" colored one with a Remington R-15.

Good luck out there fellas!

Double this a.m.

Had just called at a stand (nothing) and headed to next calling location. Enroute, bumped these two out of a crick bottom.

Supposed to be calm here tonight and a full moon. Small river near is froze over with a little snow on it. Going to call once the moon is up and see if we can snag some cruising the river.

Got this double last Sunday morning smaller female came in after first greeting howl. Larger male stopped at 452 yards across the draw and sat there looking about 5 minutes after I shot the first. His mistake. Dropped down off the shooting sticks to prone, ranged him, dialed, and dropped him. 105 gr Amax out of my 243 puts them down.
