Doesnt look to hard, looks as if you attach a drill to one end and go to town. He does mention that you will lower the BC of the bullet by performing this operation but as Goodgrouper states your going for consistancy so if every bullet has the same dia meplat then every bullet "should" have same bc.

It is fairly easy to use the tool, it is just time consuming and mundane.
A better solution would be to just have better bullets than the 300 grain 338 mk's. Wildcat bullets look like they have much more consistent meplats which would make their extra cost well worth the money in my opinion.
