Just asking around to see what someone may have tired of before I buy from regular sources.

Probably the best (?) and easiest way (IMHO) is to go from .221 Fireball to the 20 VT.
One pass thru a 20VT full length die.
New .221 Fireball brass, converted to VT was pretty even and no neck turning needed.
(I've never tried converting fired .221 Fireball brass.)
