1986 217" SE Idaho

The way to look at this is, if a big buck were easy to come by they wouldn't be so special, i shot my first really nice buck in colorado in 1977, it wasn't huge but a really high and heavy 25 inch 4x4, i shot a bigger 5x5 in the same area 8 years later, I don't know how wide it was as if was stolen off the mountian, but a crude measurement against my ruger 338 with a 24 inch barrel had the antlers from the muzzle to the bolt notch, it was a very nice buck, but not like this Idaho monster, to this i now passed up bigger than I've killed, I continue to look and will till I no longer can,
