17 Fireball load info.?

I just took this Rem 700 heavy barrel 17 Fireball in on trade. I was wondering if anyone has a pet load for it and what would be the affective range in calm conditions for P dogs? It has a factory heavy 26" 1/9 twist barrel.

Any info or thought would be appreciated.
