155gr Amax 308

Loading the 155's for both lar 8 and bolt gun. just shooting varmints.
Looking for a load that will work for both no need for speed just as accurate as possible

If I were shooting a 155 grain bullet I would use 46 grains of N150, winchester brass trimed to 2.008 and a COAL of 2.83. That last time I shot that load I was getting single ragged holes from 5 schot groups out of a 12 twist 24 inch barrel off the bench. This was with a factory Howa 1500 varmint.
If you run a slightly faster powder like varget I bet your ragged hole group will be smaller than the one I shot.
