I just had to do one of those "proud Dad" posts. :) I went out to my range today to do some load testing and took my 13 year old daughter along. She has been wanting to try one of Dad's "big guns" at 1000 yards so I gathered up some fireform loads I was shooting last week at my 1000 yard gong. She has been shooting small bore and muzzelloaders in 4-H for a few months and has gotten pretty good with the .22. She has never shot any of my big guns though. The first shot out of my .338 Khan was a miss (worried about recoil I think), but then she settled down and put 2 in a row on steel. (the rest of the hits were from last week) Now she can't wait to see the boys in her 4-H club and brag about being a 1000 yard shooter. :D gun) http://www.longrangehunting.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=2628&stc=1&d=1316039632http://www.longrangehunting.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=2629&stc=1&d=1316039632
