    Hey guys ,

I've always used Nosler or Sierra bullets in the past. However, I decided to experiment further and ordered some Lapua 105 Scenars to try out in a Schnieder barreled 7.5 twist5c .243 AI. Well, they came today so I sat down to do alittle comparing.

Holy mackerel Andy ! These things are downright boring to play with !

I got tired of weighing bullets that 90% are the same and the other 10 are just 1 gr. off.

I guess the biggest thing I noticed is that the meplats are so uniform. I did not run them in a comparator because the ones I have are too subject to operator error ,just not repeatable enough to feel like you have accomplished anything by measuring .

Soon as I load them up and shoot the m out I'll pass on what I think I know /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

I have found the same thing -- checked bearing surface for 200 and quit, cause they were all the same /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
