This Weatherhawk Skymaster SM-28 was my very first wind meter. I misplaced it and bought a Kestrel 3500 wind meter. Found this one years later in my basement and started using it again for the entire 2011 season. Same quality as Kestrel 3500 for less money. I prefer the jacknife style of folding case that the Weatherhawk Skymaster SM-28 uses.
