very nice groups. Is this in a bolt gun? barrel length? How far off the lands is 2.232"

It is a bolt gun I built from a 28" Shilen Savage prefit I bought from LRH member Yotekilla250 back in December.
The SMKs are 1.585 CBTO which is .050 from Jam.
