rebarreling a weatherby mark V

If you decide to go some other route then making a fine shooting Mark V out of a pigs ear. Let me know, I may be interested in the Mark V.

...I've used hundreds of Bartlein barrels and I have never been disappointed. The #3b contour is an excellent choice for your project without making the rifle too heavy to be comfortable to carry all day... Regards. ADDED: 7mm RUM with Bartlein #3b barrel: [IMG said:

Please give us the other specifications on your rifle.

I am in a similar situation to the OP with one of my rifles shooting 1-3/4" to 2" groups at 100 yards replaced the barrel (twice). I have come to the (expensive) conclusion that the original Brown Fiberglass stock is flexing too much. I like the vertical grip and high comb of the stock pictured. It just needs to be a reasonable weight for mountain hunting out west.

Thanks

Jerry
