To form brass to a larger caliber, is it better to use the cow method or a mandrel to avoid making donuts?

PVC pipe is not a good idea if it gets hit it will send shrapnel through you shop at high speed very dangerous and probably not meet codes or insurance liability

try stiller I've done 2 tac 300s in 25x284 long action they work great and both are shooters and if you ask they have bottom metal for it and their great to work with and no long waits

not changing size just new lapua 338 brass

dose anyone know how much of the pressure is used to form the brass to your chamber on the 1st firing or is it necessary to use brass that has been shot to check for pressure signs
