i have a remington 700 30-06 and was wondering making it a 300 win mag and tricking it out. is it possible to open a rem 700 bolt face to take the 300 win mag?

what ones would work for a 223?

if i get the redding comp. seater die can i use the rcbs fl die? or is better to stay with the same company?

so i am using just run of the mill RCBS dies for my 300rum and 308win. should i look at upgrading to the redding fl and comp seater ?

im going black bear hunting and am using a 270wsm. i was wondering if the accubonds would open/work well on a close in shot if i get one? i also have winchester powerpoint bullets too. i think the powerpoints will exspand more that the accubonds at close range. accubonds would work better...

i have been measuring my reloads with a caliper. just going base of the case to the bullet tip. i have read this is not as accurate as using a bullet comparator. so i went and bought the hornady bullet comparator, well how do i use the lengths from my old tip to base method with this thing?

so what does the finished product look like with the gun all put back together?

skim coat? both rifles have HS stocks. could i do both stocks with one kit then?

i have a .308 in a remington 700 varmint special and a sendero in 300 rum. should i glass bed them? and why?

well i did not get good groups around 43ish like you said, mine where just ok around that load. i was wondering about finding a "node" up above 45grs. ill give it a shot. thanks

i loaded my .308win with 40grs of varget with a 175smk. i loaded others up to 44grs but 40 shot the best but man are the case mouths sooty! should i try some loads over 44 to see if i get less soot and better groups? im shooting a rem. 700 varmint .308 by the way.
