Yes, the btcss is floated all the way to the barrel nut. What caliber did you get? I hope you have it and are shooting it already. If it is anything near mine you will be pleasantly surprised by the accuracy. Mine is in 204 and shoots incredible groups, though dislikes 40gr bullets. Good luck!

I have had excellent luck with H4831SC in terms of accuracy and pretty decent velocity. I am running these out of a 15" barrel though so I am somewhat inclined to try a little faster powder to try to maintain accuracy and improve the velocity a bit.

I shoot the 168 gr TSX in my 300 WSM and have found H4831SC to give me phenomenal accuracy. I believe this is a relatively temperature insensitive powder as well. I am getting good velocities but they don't mean much as they are in a short handgun barrel.
