220 Swift, have to flip on 6.5/284 and 280, 300WM

Been using Zeiss Conquest 4-16 for many years . Have this setup on 4 of my rigs. 3 guns I went to 50mm and like them a bit better

Have you considered a 220 Swift? I'm running 55gr V Max's at 3850 and they will literally suck a PD out of a hole. I shot a 204 for a year and sold it to get another Swift.

I love my .22 cal rifles. 222,223,22BR and the king 220 Swift. Got to shoot a 220 AI Swift on a PD town once. That was a blast. You have two very nice hot rods, don’t screw em up

I have a 257AI and its a go to gun. I would not use a short action on it. Had mine built on a Remington 700 LA BDL and haven't regretted it. I run Nosler 100gr Partions run max. It flat loves this load and have dropped Mule deer with it.

I have both and use them regularly. Prefer the AGM thermal on most nights.

220 Swift using 55gr VMax. Killed a bunch like this

None so far. My bud runs one on his duty gun,226 .357 Sig, for about a year now. It takes a beating with him on a SWAT team. I plan on putting them on all of my old carry Sigs.

I have a Sig 320 XTEN with 5" barrel. It has a Holosun 407c optic on it. The load I worked up is 10g HS7 and Hornady 180 XTP's. I also have Midway blemished 180 HP's that shoot just as good and a bunch cheaper. Looks like they are Sierras.

I have two factory guns that I flat enjoy hunting with. The first is a Remington LSS 280. It's a tack driver and has taken lots of whitetails and some mulies. The other is a Remington CDL-SF in 300 WM. Love shooting this one too. Another that has taken several mule deer and hogs.

Some of my deer in cotton over the years. Deer love cotton. A lot of hunters have cotton seed out instead of corn in Texas

This deer wasn’t over 6, probably 5. They have a way better life that out in the desert

Just my two cents,,,,, I put a NightForce NX8 2.5-20 ffp on my 6.5/284 build and couldn't be happier. Caught the scope on sale at Scope List for 1500. Best set up I own and most of my others are Zeiss.
