Exactly and the negative comb Monte Carlo on that Lazzeroni is so far forward I’m not sure my cheek would even reach it if I were square...

I think the butt being so low below the bore more than offsets any benefit of a “negative comb” on the Weatherby or Lazzeroni stocks.

Are you referring to the Monte Carlo having a negative comb? Didn’t weatherby do that too?

Not a must have by any means but if a stock must have a comb, why not use one that smacks you in the face less under recoil? Gunwerks...

A lighter 6.5 creed would be my choice. Something you actually want to shoot, you already have all the tools for, and will kill just fine.
