Thanks Rockymtnmt, through the different forums and manuals , powder and primers are the most talked about when changing from one lot to the other. But not so much on lot to lot with the same bullet. I most of the time Google search something before I ask on a forum. Thanks again !

Thanks Phorwath, this is a preventive maintenance question really ! I've been stocking up when I can , two boxes of 50 and next week a box of 50 different lot. What I have done is compared weights , they are very consistent.

For Nosler bullets, do any of you work back up when changing to a different lot but still use the same grain and weight ?

That explains it , Thank you ! I have two now, just bought the nikoplex for my 3006 . Very short tubes, using waren rings , they are about a 16th from touching the bell and the magnification ring.

I seen a 2011 ad and under specs it says 1/4 moa @ 50 yards. Has this changed ? The new ad only says 1/4 moa , parallax 100 yards. If this is the same , what would be moa at 100 yards ? Thanks

Since manufacturers have to stay within specs to saami and that means from min. to max , what about the chamber shoulder ? Saami says .375" or 3/8 " in diameter , does this have to be exact or do they fudge this part too ?

Thanks Edd, so being at saami spec , does this mean a minimum demension or tight chamber ? I'm new to reloading , I don't know if by knowing these things will help or not ?
