HI, I live in Salmon Idaho, and we have a real problem with wolves, I had rifle built just for them. A L579 Sako action with a 28in. Pac Nor barrel, 7/8 in at the muzzle, chambered for 260 rem. I'm getting one whole groups a 100 yds. 3/8 to a half in. depends on me,its a shooter.
