    crushing case necks when using expander mandrel to open case neck on a 338SS

    338-06 is my preferred hunting caliber. When expanding necks from 308 to 338, I run an 8mm expander in them as an intermediate step. Has worked perfectly. Hope this is useful.

    I guess mine would qualify as “old school”. 24 tooth drive gear allows any divisor of(24) number of flutes: 2,3,4,6,8,12.
