Do you plan on hunting with ear pro? If not, you could always get a brake and have a thread protector cut for your barrel to facilitate having a brake that you could use for shooting, and take off for hunting. Only brake that I have is an APA Little Bastard, it works great, but is LOUD.

Personally I'd be hesitant to put a 20-30MOA base on a scope with only 50MOA of elevation built into it. Depending on how much adjusting it took to get zeroed, you might have a hard time getting the crosshairs to the bullet at closer ranges. If one was just shooting at extended ranges...

Some barrels will shoot the heavies better than others, although you still need to push them hard. my 1:9 SPS Tactical will not shoot the 75gr A-Maxes better than 1.5MOA, however, it averages just over half MOA with the 69gr Matchkings.

Most aftermarket barrels are pretty accurate, more so than the individual operating the rifle. Any of the ones you listed should be good to go. I'm going with a Broughton 5C on my .260 build.
