Hi Two !0's not sure if this is going to be of any help, but i load the LAPUA scennar 250gr match bullets at a speed of around 2880f/s on south african powder S385 which is the same as your MRP or AR2213, i get really great groupings of around 13mm for 10 shots at 100 yards i havent yet...
