leupold? they have a product that is more compact but attaches to your scope similar to another turret cap that allows you to scroll out a chart that retracts .. looks good, gives me enough to change my p.o.i. out to six hundred yards in 50 y increments

.308? ......why hopefully your not hunting with it.. if you are id say that the downrange balistics of a .308 would limit most ethical hunters to a shorter range or small game animals.. nothing wrong with a .308 though, just not the best choice for most people..

weatherby vanguard the vanguard seems to shoot better and have a better overall fit and finish than the savage.. it is also a better value than the tikka price wise.. the newer savages with the accutrigger are good, but not as good overall as the weatherby in the sub-moa category wich shot...
