I am considering a purchase of this gun and it seems to have a hammer problem. The hammer is in full cock and will not release with a trigger pull. I suspect that a fix is simple but I don’t know enough about Browning lever actions to correct this. Can someone help?

Barnes 140 Grain TSX over 46.5 Gr H414 gives me 3/4 in groups at 100 yds. My gun is a Weatherby Vanguard 7mm-08.
