I am shooting a Savage Model 12BVSS in 243, 70g Nosler BT's. I loaded new winchester brass which I had fully resized with the same load/bullet/OAL that I have been hunting with. At the range the new brass shot 2.25" right and .5" high at 100yds consistently (bad grouping, but consistent)...
