Muzzle device between a muzzle brake and suppressor

The problem is that all bare-muzzle centerfire rifles are still loud enough to be causing permanent hearing damage every time a shot is fired without earpro. If the sound pressure at shooter was legitimately sub-140 decibels, you'd gain some interest as a device that is approaching "hearing...

    Building a 22 creedmoor to optimize 88eld

Have you decided which contour you're going with? I'm assuming you're going Rokstok/rs1.2 and a 24-26" barrel so our guns will be near identical (other than mine having the bolt on the correct side). Curious what total weight you're shooting for. My current 22cm in the KRG Bravo is 9.3lbs loaded.

    Building a 22 creedmoor to optimize 88eld

Why do you use Match bullets hunting?

"Match bullets" cannot all be thrown in the same bucket. Some are not good at all terminally, and some are inconsistent terminally, despite good precision as match projectiles. However, several poly tipped "match" bullets just flat out kill far better than anything on the market, and they just...

Guide shoots to 600 yds after watching backfire.

I'm just giving you a hard time in good fun, that's all. 😊 Tikka barrels are cold hammer forged and stress relieved, they don't "walk" when hot. Misses at 1150 aren't a good measure for a barrel being too hot, way too many other variables at that distance. Go shoot multiple 20-30 round groups...

    Necessary precision to kill something

100%. People should go shoot in actual mountains at distance on vital-sized targets and realize chasing small groups and shooting a flat range or on a bench is not your best use of practice time. Most folks cannot call wind within 4 mph at their position, let alone at the target and in between...
