shooting same batch of good hand loads. during the process of shooting the 100+ rounds cleaned the barrel several times. don't even know what a "carbon ring is".. would love to learn that is it......?

yes, 3 times with different rings. through the process, pretty sure I discovered that the rail is not perfectly aligned with the barrell (had always had trouble with horizontal adjustments at longer ranges), but that would cause this? Maybe the seating of the action/barrel on the stock???

its for a 22 Jet Pistol. primarily for finishing wounded game and just for having a really accurate pistol which produces close to 2.000 fps

i have a bunch of 308 also. what do you want? what I need is 223, not 224. i think there are very few option for me. sierra 223's that come in 40 and 45 gr for reloading a 22 Jet Pistol. 222 or 221 would work. thanks for the replys
