how accurate does it shoot

how is the rifling and how much has it been used

I have a 7mm08 encore pro hunter barrel 28 inches end-end has a bushnell Elite 6500 2.5-16x42 w/tactical turrets. if you look that up online you can see what it looks like. it is a nice scope. It's a nice set up that i might part with. how old is the younger hunter.
