Under 600 on white tails I would use 150-168’s. High b/c isn’t going to do anything for you. Personally I would go with lighter flatter and faster.

Stocks are known to crack at the wrist. Specially in big magnums.

Take a good knife, or two. Sharpening steel highly recommended. Their hide is hard on knives.
