    Need help with 22-250 velocity

I've been trying to workout the ballistics of my hand loads without actually having to shoot hundreds of rounds but this is hard to do without a chronograph. I'm shooting a 26 inch bull barrel, 36g imr 3031, and a 52 grain hornady A-max. Does anyone know what muzzle velocity this should be...

    Camo / tigerstripe AR

Painted one of my buddies AR 15's, turned out to be a real nice camo/tigerstripe look. Just a little glossy from the "satin" clear.

    Ground hog euro mounts

I found it almost impossible to do one naturally in the winter. But in the summer I just put the heads in a black bucket about half full of water for a couple weeks and everything just falls off. The little red one came apart and was very loose, had to glue it back together. The blue one was a...

A good long range 22-250 load

Found this combination to be very accurate in my rifle. Savage model 12 single shot, 24 inch stainless fluted bull barrel, 1 in 12 twist rate I think. CCI 200 primers, 55 grain nosler ballistic tip boat tail, 37 grains of hodgden H 380. Loaded to 2.50" total length. Shot today and got a .65"...

    Finally camo'd my 22-250

Sorry it took a little bit, but here's how I did it. Materials: 4 Colors, flat clear coat, piece of burlap fabric or something similar, old basketball goal net, tall grass, weeds, etc... First lay down a base coat of what ever color you would like, I chose tan because I liked the rifle to...

    Finally camo'd my 22-250

I've been wanting to camo my rifle for a while but could never get over the part of painting stainless. But I finally came up with a scheme I liked and went with it. I think it turned out good. Had a little time yesterday and went out to shoot, still groups as good as ever, three round group...
