I know! Deer season for me starts in 2 weeks. I doubt that's enough time for Vortex to get me a new scope, or mine fixed, and returned to me. Ughh!! Well looks like Ill be calling Vortex tomorrow.

Well this is the 2nd Vortex I've had to send back. First the Razor HD, now this one. Guess ill have to go buy something else in time for deer season. Probably not going to be a Vortex.. What scopes has anyone else had minimal problems with? I'm thinking Leupold, NF, or Swarovski.... Anyone...

So I have had this Viper PST 4-16 x 50 scope for about a month. Put it up on my Savage 10fcp-sr 308. It was shooting awesome for about 30 rounds. On my 31st round, water droplets or what appeared to be little bubbles are now in focus with my reticle.. I'm thinking somehow moisture got inside...

Well I love the scope, so I guess I will just get used to using it the way it is. And you are right osoh, I wont use the reticle that often, except when taking hogs from a 100+yrds. This mostly happens at twilight. Thanks for the input.
