Any chance it's the feed lips from the magazine causing this? They don't look deep enough to cause issues with the brass.

That head stamp sure looks like the brass flowed. How does the stamp on this one look compared to an unfired case? Did you chronograph the load to see if it matches up with the published velocity in the reloading manual?

I've found that using a program like OnTarget takes the guess work out of it. Just take a pic of the target if you can't put it on a scanner....

I feel your pain... I reward myself twice a year for putting up with all my customers and inter-office dramas. It ain't easy to wait, but dang it feels good to buy something you thought you would never be able to.

I blew the $2500 mark out of the water in April with my custom 1911. Just dropped almost $5000 into a custom bolt rifle. Heck, I think I've spent $2500 on reloading supplies this year alone.

I've been reading and absorbing quite a bit from this forum, so I for one am happy to be one of the 45%.
