A friend has one on a 6.5 PRC. It ran out of elevation at just under 700 yards. For the price and weight, it is a great hunting scope. It is probably the next scope I will buy.

I think a 300 WSM will do everything you ask of it. Personally, I have used and love the performance of the 165 grain Accubond. Given the variety of different game you plan to hunt, I think a bonded bullet like the Accubond makes the most sense. However, many mono metal bullets would also work...
