I have a savage 12bvss in 300wsm. I know that the pillar bedding is in question. Would I benifet from bedding the lug? If so should I use m-t with brownells release?

I have a savage 12 with " dual pillars" for what thats worth. Should I bed the lug? And if so use m-t wiht brownells release. should I tape the front and sides of the lug?

I HAVE A SAVAGE 12BVSS IT HAS "DUAL PILLARS" FOR WHAT THATS WORTH. WOULD JUST DOING THE LUG HELP? TAPE THE FRONT OF THE LUG, USE M-T WITH BROWNELLS RELEASE?

And yes it was new in the box from a dealer.

I just got my 12bvss in 300wsm. Under close inspection it has a small flaw on the crown. It was orderd online ( I got a good deal) so I am just going to fix it myself. So if buying local check it before you pay.
