Im really wantin to start from the ground up ill be using it for target shooting and huntin. i dont have a whole lot of money to work with right now im going to college right now but i will have money this summer once i start working again. so for now im just kinda trying to get things mapped...

im wanting to customize me a rifle that wont just break the bank. nothin to crazy just a good simple rifle and caliber that will shoot decently out a pretty good distance. Id appreciate any opinions or ideas.
