everybody is different. had two meniscus and a tolal knee replacement the best exercise is bike of
some kind . half squats etc. go slow and steady and by November you'll be find.
you will know in a couple months after the surgery . if its a good one but even just ok you can
go a long ways on...

been shooting 7mm for 40 years all kinds of 7mm .7x57 708 7rm 280"s haven't shot
the really big 7's but that you don't need velocity like we did when we didn't have
dial up scopes .my 7rm has about 600 rounds though it and it's about wore out.
it still shoots ok 9/16 or so .with rl 26 and 180gr...
this is a other way looking at problem most people say light recoil is the way to go
but that's the obvious. I a bad neck two surgeries and left arm that works at 40 0/0
recoil doesn't hurt me as much as weight any moderate weight and caliber

had this problem yesterday it was that I left the scope height in from first rifle and
I was half a minute low from 340 to 600 change it when got home. haven't shot
yet but when I recalculated it came up a half a minute. maybe check it
