Why not unscrew the muzzle brake and put a thread protector on. Unless your break is ported into the barrel

Well, that really SUCKS.. go back and read post #61 from MTGEZZER, his experience sounds identical to yours. BTW, I spoke with a smith today, who builds really fabulous custom LR rifles. He believes most the CA rifle pressure problems are related to the barrel, can’t be fixed - only replaced.

I have similar pressure issues with my CA Mesa in 6.5 PRC. It sounds like your chamber is too tight. You may need to get it re-reamed. SAMMI SPEC for head space is 1.6517 -.007 = min 1.6447 Your fired cases are only .002 off the min. New unfired Hornady brass is 1.6420, New unfired ADG brass...

You maybe the lucky one, I have the same rifle and got ejector swipe almost from the get go. I even get them from factory loads. A few questions, what is your load for your 140 grain Accubonds? Do you full length size your cases or just bump the shoulders back?

Are you using a full length resizing die?

If I may ask, what the cost of doing that? I have a CA Mesa in 6.5 PRC
