Yeah just cycling nothing 3/4 way in super tight. You can push it past just requires a bit of force.

I also forgot to mention I am going hunting end of this week. I would be hesitant to do anything that would affect accuracy.

Hello, I am in need of some advice. I have a custom 300 prc that is having bolt issues. When bolt is put in it slides in smooth about 3/4 of the way in then hits a spot of serious tightness. This happens with or without a bullet in the chamber. It also happens when pulling the bolt backwards...

We hunt differently depending on the year. I know one gun doesn’t fit all, but I am trying to make that happen. If moose hunting it’s all pretty close less than 300 yards. If goat hunting could be much farther. I don’t think I would really want to go past 600 yards.

Yeah it’s instant gratification out of the box also.

I am looking to buy a trijicon 3-18 x 44 ffp scope. I will only be using it for hunting. Has anyone had experience with one? Recommend purchasing or going a different direction? Thanks

I am leaning towards custom build. Only issue is timing. Last builder I spoke to estimated December timeframe due to components.
