This is the most recent version from Kahles in a 3-9. Nice ergonomics versus prior models on the magnification ring. Glass is excellent. The best 3-9 on the market bar none, I've had them all...$585 TYD.

NOW I really feel bad. I wish I would have posted earlier regarding this person/issue. I find that 99% of "gun guys" are pretty darn good people. Maybe that makes us/ me more vulnerable......you don't want to believe the worst in people, I know I don't. I"d hate to go through life like that...
